I had an appointment on 9/27/16 at 4pm at the West Lake Location in Des Moines, Ia. I arrived early only to get helped around 4:10 being my father and I the only customers there. I had filled out an application online already to make the process easier to when arriving to my appointment. Tom, if I am correct, looked annoyed and kept rubbing his eyes the entire time making
no eye contact what so ever. I had many questions and one of my questions was, "what can I provide to make the process faster to get approval (pay stub,bank statements, etc.) so I could have paperwork ready"? To every question his response was "I can't answer that right now" or "you'll get an answer to that when they call you". Finally I said "what was the point of making an appointment if you are unable to help me?" His answer to that was "I don't know what you are doing here, you'll get a phone call when your application is reviewed," he then proceeded to stand up ending our conversation.
