1st cb internet banking

Online Services consist of an Internet Banking website that provides a complete array of financial services to our customers, including Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Transfers, E-Statements and Alerts. We allow customers to access their Account data with up to ninety (90) days of transaction detail.

You can enroll online by visiting our website and clicking Internet Banking Log In and then Enroll in Internet Banking. You will be required to provide the following for your Account: Social Security Number, E-mail Address, Telephone Banking PIN (IVR PIN), Account Type and Account Number.

The “Sign Off” button is located on the upper, right-hand corner of your screen. The Sign Off button will log you off of Internet Banking completely.

If you are inactive for 20 minutes, you will be logged out and no one can access your information without your Username and Password; however, you will still have data on the screen that could be viewed by anyone. It is recommended that you always use the Sign Off button and log out completely. This is especially true if you share your computer or if it may be viewed by someone else.
